Leanne Posko is the Director for Community Impact and Investment at Capital One. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, she leads and implements the strategy for the Capital One Impact Initiative that focuses on supporting growth in underserved communities and advancing socioeconomic mobility by closing gaps in equity opportunity.
Leanne has more than 25 years of experience within the non-profit and Corporate Social Responsibility fields. She has served as the primary community relations professional for companies such as Fannie Mae and Constellation Energy (now Exelon), as the Executive Director of 2 nonprofit organizations and as an External Affairs Consultant for two Foundations.
Leanne has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Social Work. She is an alum of the Greater Baltimore Committee’s Leadership Program, and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of various local community service foundations and organizations. She resides in Maryland with her husband Henry.
