Jennifer Higgins

Group Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility
Target Corporation

Jennifer Higgins currently serves as Group Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at Target Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for leading the philanthropic strategy for several key business partners and initiatives, including Talent Acquisition, Corporate Security, Diversity and Inclusion, Healthcare, International Giving, and Cause Marketing. In previous roles, she directed community partnerships and stakeholder engagement within key markets across the country including the Twin Cities, and led the day-to-day operations for the Target Foundation.

In addition to her work in CSR at Target, she managed the run-state operations and technology roadmap for Target’s recruiting solutions within HR. She joined Target in 2001 as an Analyst in Finance.

Previous to Target Corporation, Jennifer worked at the National Lekotek Center, a non-profit headquartered in Chicago, IL, where she managed a network of affiliate sites across the country.
A native of Minnesota, Jennifer hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Carleton College. She resides in St. Paul with her husband and two children.
