Taylor is responsible for the development and execution of Ecolab’s global civic and community-based programs and is president of the Ecolab Foundation. Under her direction, Ecolab has been recognized for its commitment to the community in The Civic 50, an annual initiative led by the National Conference on Citizenship and Points of Light that identifies and recognizes companies for their commitment to improving the quality of life in the communities where they conduct business.
Prior to joining Ecolab in 2004, Taylor held positions with Bentz Whaley Flessner, a national consulting firm for non-profit organizations, and with the Minnesota Children’s Museum.
Taylor serves on the board of directors for the Conference Board, District Energy, St. Paul, Ever-Green Energy, St. Paul, ACCP (Association of Corporate Citizenship Professionals), St. Paul Downtown Improvement District, St. Paul Downtown Improvement District Executive Committee, CECP Corporate Leadership Advisory Board (CLAB), Ida C. Koran Trust, and the Culinary Advisory Board for Southwest Minnesota State University.
Taylor graduated with a bachelor of science in business administration from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Minnesota.
