Senior Manager, CSR Programs
Christina Fagan is the Senior Manager of CSR Programs at ACCP. As part of the Content and Learning Team, her role is to help develop and implement member offerings and educational programs around current topics of interest, as well as provide support to current members, that help advance the social impact profession. Prior to joining ACCP, she served as the founding Executive Director for Union Home Mortgage’s corporate foundation, establishing company policies and programs around volunteerism, payroll deduction, grantmaking and their first employee resource groups. Prior to working at Union Home Mortgage, she spent more than five years in the nonprofit sector focused on fundraising and development in Higher Education and the Cleveland Zoological Society. She is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University’s Arts Management Program with a degree in music.
Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband David and her daughter McKenna, as well as playing piano, hand lettering and seeing as many movies as she can. She serves on the Board of Directors for Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana.
Christina is based in North Ridgeville, OH traditional territory of the Kaskaskia and Erie people.
