Content & Learning Interim Director
Susanne Pirone is currently serving as an Interim Director for Content & Learning at ACCP. In this role, Susanne supports member technical assistance requests, assists in the development of customized trainings and programs, and advances Conference preparation by providing programmatic and topical guidance, speaker support, and session curation.
Susanne comes to ACCP with more than 20 years’ experience in corporate social responsibility. Working in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, Susanne has been responsible for executing corporate/nonprofit partnerships and programs, creating opportunities for new funding, increased engagement, and employee activation. Susanne’s experience includes directing community relations programs for the Fannie Mae Foundation and Corporation, as well as supporting corporate members of the Points of Light Foundation in their efforts to craft and manage impactful CSR and employee volunteer programs.
Outside of work, Susanne enjoys spending time with her husband Mark and her three children, Caroline, Peter, and Christopher, as well as playing tennis, running, and spending time at the beach. Depending on the season, you can find her watching her kids’ games either on a lacrosse field, or at a hockey rink.
Susanne is based in Chevy Chase, MD.
