Tricia O’Connor

Executive Assistant and Operations Administrator

As Executive Assistant, Tricia provides executive-level support to and works under direct supervision of the CEO and the Director of Business Operations. In addition to performing administrative duties, Tricia also works closely with the Board of Directors to support the goals of the organization.

Tricia has a strong administrative and military background. Prior to ACCP, she worked at the Pentagon and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Tricia has executive-level experience supporting top level managers, managing projects, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Tricia studied at Howard University and the University of the District of Columbia. She also received a Paralegal Certification in Legal, Research, Legal Writing and Office Administration.

In her spare time, Tricia enjoys reading a good book or watching a movie, preferably comedies. She is passionate about assisting the homeless and charitable towards organizations that help to elevate those in need.

Tricia is based in Fairfax County, Virginia, traditional territory of the Manahoac tribe.
