ACCP 2026 Blackbaud Corporate Social Impact Summit Giveaway

For the duration of the 2026 Blackbaud Corporate Social Impact Summit, taking place March 30-April 1, any participant who completes the survey up until April 10 will be entered in for a chance to win one FREE ACCP Virtual Summit registration for either of the remaining 2026 ACCP Summits (valued up to $650). 

Official Giveaway Rules

  1. Introduction: The Association of Corporate Citizenship Professionals (ACCP) (“Sponsor”) is conducting a giveaway (“Giveaway”) during and up to one week after the 2026 Blackbaud Corporate Social Impact Summit for an opportunity to win a prize.
  2. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law and outside of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each participant that chooses to complete the survey will receive one entry. The winning name will be chosen at the conclusion of the Survey (April 10) and winners will be notified within one week of that date. (“Contest Period”). ACCP will use a random name generator tool online to select the recipient.
  3. Eligibility: The ACCP 2026 Blackbaud Corporate Social Impact Summit giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 50 United States including the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry and who provide their contact information in totality by completing the survey during the Summit. Employees, officers, and directors of ACCP (“Sponsor”) or any of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and all other companies or entities associated with the Contest, including Summit sponsors, as may be further defined herein, (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to ACCP’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.
  4. How to Enter: Individuals may enter by supplying their full and complete contact information via the provided survey no later than April 10, 2026.
  5. Selection of winners: Winners will be announced via e-mail within one week of the contest conclusion (April 17). 
  6. Prizes: The winner will be granted one free seat to a 2026 ACCP Virtual Summit, valued up to $650.
    Prize acceptance constitutes permission to use Winners’ names and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Entries become the sole property of ACCP and will not be returned. By entering, participants release and hold harmless ACCP, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising in connection with the contest.
  7. Prize Restrictions: Liability for all applicable taxes, including all state, federal, and local taxes and/or other fees are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winners will have until April 24, 2026 to claim their prize by replying to their winning email confirmation. The winner may then elect which Summit they would like to attend and will be registered by ACCP staff.
  8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 
    By participating, entrants and winner(s) agree to release and hold harmless ACCP, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotions agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, directors, and volunteers from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death that may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Contest, or possession, acceptance, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Contest-related activity, and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, and merchandize delivery. ACCP is not responsible if Contest cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays, or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, or acts of terrorism.
