Senior Executive Assistant & Operations Manager
Maya Wilson is the Senior Executive Assistant & Operations Manager at ACCP. She supports the President & CEO and Vice President of Business Operations by coordinating calendars and meetings, managing board and governance logistics, and supporting internal systems that keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Before joining ACCP, she served as Executive Assistant and Board Liaison at Mothers Out Front, where she led executive support operations and helped drive board engagement and internal communications. Her career has been rooted in service, advocacy, and creating behind-the-scenes structure so others can thrive.
Maya holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Law & Public Policy from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from UNC Charlotte.
Outside of work, Maya is a proud dog mom who enjoys spending quality time with her family. She loves recharging outdoors, whether it’s hiking or beach days, and finds relaxation in creative activities like pottery making and painting.
