As Head of Corporate Responsibility & Government Affairs at Gen, a leading cybersecurity company, she oversees ESG and the Gen Foundation. Under her leadership, Gen achieved top ESG ratings from The Civic 50, Dow Jones, and Newsweek, and 67% employee participation rate in volunteering and charitable giving.
Previously, Kim led corporate responsibility and government affairs at NortonLifeLock, where she launched the company’s first ESG report and advanced global public policy on cybersecurity and consumer protection. Earlier, she directed government relations at AmeriCorps and represented major technology and entertainment industries through senior roles at TechAmerica and the RIAA.
