Ximena A. Delgado is Senior Vice President and Philanthropic Giving Program Manager within Corporate Social Responsibility at Bank of America. In this role, she shapes and executes a philanthropic strategy that advances the company’s purpose of making financial lives better. She leads two core pillars: Income Creation, which drives youth development, entrepreneurship, and access to financial resources to expand economic opportunity, and Stable Housing, which focuses on preserving and expanding affordable housing to strengthen community resilience.

Previously, Ms. Delgado managed strategies addressing barriers to employment, summer youth employment, and Native American philanthropic investments as part of the foundation team. Earlier in her career, she served as San Francisco Market Manager for Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs, where she oversaw foundation and sponsorship budgets and Market President strategy, and as Community Relations Manager for the East Bay, San Francisco, and North Bay markets, where she coordinated the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act activities.

Her background also spans the nonprofit and government sectors, including work at the California Reinvestment Committee on fair and inclusive banking practices and as a Policy Aide at the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors, where she developed housing and land use policy. This cross-sector experience informs her thought leadership in community development, philanthropy, and economic mobility.

Ms. Delgado holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.S. in Urban Policy and Management from the Milano School at The New School for Social Research in New York City, and a Certificate in Business from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, Seattle. She is a Woodrow Wilson National Fellow, serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Corporate Citizenship Professionals, and has held leadership roles with the San Francisco Workforce Investment Board, Enterprise Community Partners Northern California Leadership Council, and the Citizens Committee on Community Development for the City and County of San Francisco. She is also a past co-chair of the San Francisco Bay Area HOLA chapter (Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership and Advancement) and an active leader in the Bank’s LGBT+ Pride Employee Network.

Ms. Delgado and her wife live in San Francisco with their two children. Her preferred pronouns are she/her/ella.
