Nicole Parks

Learning & Development Manager

Nicole Parks is the Learning & Development Manager at ACCP.  As part of the Content & Learning Team, she helps design, curate, and deliver high-impact educational content that advances ACCP’s mission as a thought leader in corporate citizenship. She also conducts research on emerging topics, tools, and trends to continuously enhance the learning experience for ACCP members and partners.

Prior to joining ACCP, Nicole spent over a decade in the financial services industry, most recently serving as Director of U.S. Training at CURO Financial Technologies. There, she led initiatives spanning new hire onboarding, leadership development, succession planning, and long-term learning strategy.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Education in Learning and Instructional Design from Wichita State University. She also earned graduate certificates in Instructional Design in Professional Practice and Online Learning & Educational Technology. She is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) through the Association for Talent Development and a Leadership Development & Succession Strategist (LDSS) certified by the Human Capital Institute. Nicole is also a proud member of the National Society for Leadership and Success.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, five children, and two dogs. She loves to cook, travel, play video games, and watch cooking shows—and is an enthusiastic collector of Wonder Woman memorabilia. Nicole is based in Wichita, KS.
