Learning & Development Manager
Nicole Parks is the Learning & Development Manager at ACCP. As part of the Content & Learning Team, she helps develop, curate, and deliver compelling content supporting ACCP’s strategic efforts to serve as a thought leader for professionals in corporate citizenship. Additionally, she researches topics, issues, and tools of interest to enhance the educational curriculum for ACCP members, prospective members, and related parties.
Before joining ACCP, Nicole worked in the financial services industry for over ten years, most recently serving as the Director of US Training for CURO Financial Technologies. In this capacity, she supported the organization with all learning and development needs from new hire onboarding, succession pathing, leadership development, and long-term strategic planning for ongoing employee development.
Nicole is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Administration and is a member of the National Society for Leadership and Success. She is also a Certified Professional of Talent Development from the Association for Talent Development and a Leadership Development & Succession Strategist from the Human Capital Institute.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, five children, and two dogs. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, playing video games, watching cooking shows, and collecting Wonder Woman memorabilia.
