Empathetic Agility: The Leadership Muscle We Need Now

Purpose-driven leaders today are asked to move quickly through uncertainty while staying deeply connected to the people and communities their decisions affect. At times, agility and empathy can feel like competing priorities. In reality, the most effective leaders cultivate both. This session explores the leadership capability that bridges that gap: empathetic agility. Learn what it is, why it’s a critical leadership muscle and how leaders can strengthen it in their own practice.

Speakers: Nikhil Bumb, Managing Director, FSG & Bobbi Silten, Managing Director, FSG

Inside the C-Suite: What Your Executive Peers Really Need from CSR

If you want your work to stick, scale, and survive leadership change, you need to understand how the C-suite thinks. This executive-level conversation brings together corporate social impact leaders and their C-suite counterparts across Legal, HR, and Finance/Marketing to unpack what truly drives executive decision-making—and how social impact can align with it. Together, they’ll share how they’ve navigated tensions, built trust, and turned potential blockers into strategic partners. From embedding workforce development into talent pipelines to partnering with legal to unlock (not stall) innovation, this session highlights what it really takes to stay relevant in a shifting executive landscape.

Speakers TBA soon.
