With education, connection, and leadership development at the forefront, ACCP provides pathways to expand your skills, broaden your network, and elevate your impact.

Early Career

Build a Strong Foundation with Forum

If you’re early in your CSR career or new to the field, ACCP Forum: A CSR Intensive is a cornerstone learning experience that equips you with foundational knowledge and real-world insight. Over several days in-person, participants gain an understanding of the core concepts and areas within corporate social impact (from impact measurement to employee engagement to international grantmaking and more) while building connections with a cohort of peers, setting the stage for long-term career success.

Learn At Your Own Pace with CSR LaunchPad

Whether you’re exploring a career in corporate social impact or looking to strengthen your foundational knowledge, CSR LaunchPad offers flexible, on-demand learning at no cost. Through practical modules created with field leaders, you’ll build essential skills and deepen your understanding of key CSR concepts — from core roles and structures to the soft and hards skills needed for success to what aligning to the business really means.

Mid-Career

Lead With Confidence Through RISE

For mid-career CSR professionals ready to take their leadership to the next level, RISE: Realizing Inclusive Leadership in Corporate Social Impact blends practical leadership development with peer community support. RISE prepares participants to lead with authenticity, inclusivity, and strategic impact. With mentorship, peer circles, and a capstone project that turns learning into action, this multi-month cohort program is designed to help professionals step confidently into senior roles. Most sessions include CSR practitioners as guest speakers, sharing real case studies and guidance. Applications for our 2026 cohort are open until March 13.

Late Career/Executives

Advance Leadership with the Executive Network

For senior leaders shaping enterprise strategy and setting CSR priorities, the ACCP Executive Network convenes bimonthly in an invite-only setting designed for candid, high-level exchange. This trusted peer group offers space to test ideas, navigate complexity, and strengthen influence alongside others facing similar challenges.

Members are also connected year-round through a private online community, where they can pose urgent questions, share insights, and tap into real-time executive perspectives. Beyond the regular convenings, the Executive Network Retreat provides immersive, off-the-record learning in an intimate environment focused on today’s most pressing issues.

Executives also benefit from a dedicated track at the Annual Conference and, new this year, a half-day Summit created exclusively for senior leaders — ensuring focused time to recharge, reflect, and sharpen strategy with peers at the same level.

All Career Levels

Learn and Grow Through Peer Communities

Sometimes the most valuable learning comes from peers who truly understand the day-to-day realities of your role. ACCP’s Peer Connections brings members together in small, thoughtfully curated groups for ongoing conversation, shared problem-solving, and mutual support.

Through Peer Circles, you’ll exchange ideas, benchmark approaches, and gain practical insight from professionals navigating similar challenges across industries and career stages. These curated groups are formed through an application process, allowing participants to indicate what matters most — whether that’s similar experience level, strategic focus areas, or specific priorities.

It’s like having a trusted advisory board you can rely on year-round, helping you move faster, think bigger, and lead with greater confidence.

Engage in Real-Time Dialogue

The corporate social impact landscape is constantly evolving. Navigating it requires more than staying informed — it requires conversation. ACCP’s Topical Member Discussions are members-only, peer-led conversations focused on the most pressing issues shaping our field.

These interactive sessions create space to exchange ideas, explore practical strategies, and learn how peers are responding in real time. There are no formal presentations. Just candid dialogue, shared experience, and actionable insight you can bring back to your organization immediately.

Go Deep on Critical Issues

When a topic demands deeper exploration, ACCP’s Virtual Topical Summits bring the field together for focused, high-impact learning. These multi-session experiences dive into priority areas such as aligning CSR to business strategy, employee ambassadors, and evolving grantmaking strategies.

Designed for practical application, Summits combine expert insight, peer exchange, and real-world case studies to help you move from concept to action. Explore upcoming Summits and find the topic that aligns with your goals.

Stretch Your Skills as a Speaker

Looking to develop your public voice and share your expertise with the field? ACCP’s Annual Conference invites CSR professionals to submit proposals and present sessions that spotlight thought leadership, innovation, and practice-driven insights. Speaking at Conference is a powerful way to sharpen your communication skills, elevate your profile, and contribute to the broader learning of the community. Submit a Conference Speaker RFP by March 20.
