Peer Connections

At ACCP, we know that the most meaningful work happens when corporate social impact professionals come together to share, learn, and grow. That’s why we’re dedicated to fostering authentic peer connections that fuel innovation, support professional development, and drive real change.

Through a variety of formats, we provide ACCP members opportunities to connect with peers who bring unique experiences, fresh insights, and different approaches to the challenges facing social impact professionals today. Whether you’re looking for a small, curated group for deep dives, industry-specific conversations, peer-led discussions on pressing topics, or a book club to explore new perspectives, you’ll find your community here.

Explore the opportunities and take the next step to strengthen your network.

Topical Member Discussions

The corporate social impact landscape is constantly evolving, and navigating it takes fresh insights, shared experiences, and a strong network of peers.

Topical Member Discussions are members-only, peer–led conversations on the most pressing issues shaping our field.

Join these interactive discussions to exchange ideas, tackle challenges, and explore effective strategies in real time. You’ll leave with actionable takeaways to strengthen your impact.

Listen, share, and collaborate, because the best ideas emerge when we learn from each other.

Member Groups

ACCP was founded on the premise that we are stronger together.  Member Groups connect ACCP members to share experiences, build partnerships, and learn from diverse perspectives, strengthening impact through community.

These small, virtual groups meet quarterly for focused conversations, peer learning, and community-building. Gain fresh ideas, solve challenges, and build a community that understands your work.

You can engage in Member Groups by registering for and attending upcoming events. We encourage members to propose topics, case studies, or speakers by emailing our Manager of Community Engagement, Hillary Roviaro at hillary@accp.org.   Be sure to subscribe to ACCP’s Weekly newsletter, The Wrap, for details on upcoming peer connections.

Beginning in 2026, ACCP is evolving how we support Member Groups by transitioning our current CSR Small Teams, MedTech & Pharma, and Southeast Groups into Peer Circles. Members of these communities will now apply to join a Peer Circle and can indicate their interest in being matched with others from their Member Group.

CSR Tech Connect and Foundations & Grantmaking will continue to offer quarterly meetings, and Topical Member Discussions will remain a monthly offering with additional conversations added based on member interest. Members can apply during the next Peer Circle cycle, and questions can be directed to Hillary Roviaro at hillary@accp.org.

Member Groups Offered for 2026 include:

Join CSR Tech Connect for a dynamic, quarterly virtual meet-up designed exclusively for members looking to navigate technology in social impact more effectively. This is your opportunity to engage with fellow professionals using the same platforms, exchange best practices, and explore cutting-edge solutions.

During these sessions, you’ll break into platform-specific groups to dive deeper into strategies, share actionable insights, and discover new ways to leverage emerging tech.

The ACCP Executive Network is a peer learning community for top leaders at ACCP member companies who are responsible for shaping their companies’ corporate social impact.

We’re currently refreshing and expanding the Executive Network to better meet the evolving needs of senior CSR leaders. New offerings will include in-person gatherings, timely and relevant virtual discussions, smaller peer circles for deeper connections, and an exclusive online forum to support real-time learning and exchange.

Who Should Be Part of the Executive Network?
Each ACCP member company may designate up to two senior leaders responsible for shaping and guiding your corporate social impact strategy. Ideal participants typically:

  • Set or influence the direction of corporate social impact strategy
  • Oversee budgets, goals, and performance metrics
  • Lead or guide teams in social impact, sustainability, or community engagement
  • Represent the company’s position on social impact both internally and externally
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate executives leading key business functions

Titles and responsibilities may vary; many participants also oversee areas such as communications, marketing, or public affairs, in addition to social impact.

Note: If your company has only one person at this leadership level, that’s perfectly fine. The second spot is intended for companies with larger teams that may have more than one person with the above responsibilities.

This network is intentionally designed to connect individuals navigating similar levels of leadership, complexity, and responsibility. Members benefit from a trusted space to share strategic insights, surface emerging challenges, and build strong peer relationships across industries.

Navigating philanthropy means balancing donor intent, impact measurement, and community needs. This peer group is designed for corporate social impact professionals in foundations and grantmaking roles to connect, share insights, and tackle challenges together.

Through facilitated, peer-led conversations, participants will explore strategies for effective grantmaking, advancing equity, and measuring impact.

Join a network of professionals committed to driving meaningful change through strategic giving.

ACCP Peer Circles

Strong relationships fuel impactful work. ACCP’s Peer Circles program connects members in small, carefully curated groups for shared learning, support, and growth.

Through an application-based matching process, participants are grouped with peers who share similar goals, challenges, or areas of focus. The experience begins with a virtual gathering for all participants and continues with bi-weekly, self-directed meetings that foster conversation, deepen relationships, and support peer learning over time.

At the end of each cycle, participants are welcome to reapply for future rounds. Whether you are seeking fresh perspective, practical insight, accountability, or a trusted network of peers, Peer Circles offers a meaningful way to build relationships that support your work.

Introducing new focused circles for this cycle, members can now express interest in group options built around shared areas of practice, professional context, or timely challenges during the application process:

Explore how peers across the field are thinking about and using AI in their work. This group is designed for practitioners who are curious about the role AI may play in corporate social impact, from streamlining processes and supporting decision-making to navigating risks, ethics, and internal adoption. Join others who are asking thoughtful questions, testing ideas, and learning in real time as this space continues to evolve.

Designed for professionals working on lean teams, this group brings together members who understand what it means to manage broad portfolios with limited capacity. Whether you are part of a small team or carrying the work largely on your own, this is a space to share ideas, compare approaches, and connect with peers who understand the realities of doing a lot with a little.

Connect with peers who are shaping corporate foundation and grantmaking strategies within their companies. This group offers space to exchange ideas, explore common challenges, and learn from others navigating questions around governance, funding priorities, community investment, due diligence, and impact. Whether your work sits fully within a foundation or alongside a broader social impact portfolio, you’ll find a trusted group of peers ready to share insights and practical perspective.

Connect with peers working across the MedTech and pharmaceutical sectors. This group is designed for practitioners navigating industry-specific dynamics, stakeholder expectations, and the unique opportunities and challenges that shape social impact work in these fields. Join fellow members for thoughtful conversation, practical exchange, and peer connection grounded in a shared industry context.

For many corporate social impact professionals, change is the current context. This group is designed for members who are navigating shifts in structure, strategy, leadership, team scope, or internal priorities. It offers a space to connect with peers facing similar uncertainty, share practical approaches, and learn how others are adapting while continuing to move their work forward.

Build relationships with peers working in or connected to the Southeast. This group offers a regional space for members to connect around shared context, exchange ideas, and discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping corporate social impact work across the region. Whether you are looking to grow your local network or learn from others operating in similar communities, this group creates space for meaningful connection.

Join fellow practitioners who are leading and evolving employee volunteerism efforts within their organizations. From engagement strategies and program design to participation, measurement, and internal alignment, this group creates space to talk through what is working, what is shifting, and what questions remain. It is a chance to connect with peers who understand the opportunities and complexities of building meaningful volunteer programs today.

In 2026, CSR Small Teams, MedTech & Pharma, and Southeast Region transitioned from Member Group meetings into the Peer Circles model. Foundations & Grantmaking remains part of ACCP’s quarterly Member Group offerings and is also available as a focused Peer Circle option for members looking for a smaller-group connection experience.
