ACCP Speaking Information and RFP Process

Please read this page thoroughly and complete the form to submit your RFP. ACCP evaluates general RFPs on a rolling basis for Webcasts, Member Group meetings, Summits, and other ACCP Programs. ACCP is always on the lookout for inspiring speakers that will share practical and innovative insights to advance the corporate social impact field. Speakers with first-hand CSR, ESG, & DEI expertise and direct social impact knowledge, or non-practitioners with a corporate co-presenter are preferred.
ACCP is committed to creating a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable corporate citizenship sector and desires for participants of all backgrounds and experiences to see themselves represented and included in our work. Thus, we actively encourage and source diverse presenters to participate as speakers at ACCP programs & events. Interested speakers may submit more than one proposal for consideration.

ACCP’s audience includes CSR & ESG practitioners looking to learn from real-world experiences and bring back actionable takeaways to support their corporate social impact efforts. Participants come from a range of backgrounds, industries, locations, company-sizes, and career levels. Check out our members here.
Rules of Engagement and Solicitation
Participation as a Speaker for an ACCP program is greatly appreciated, and we know our community benefits from the inclusion of professionals working in and with corporate citizenship. Our programs exist for the advancement of knowledge in the field. To ensure the best experience for all attendees, we have a strict no-solicitation policy for all attendees, speakers, and guests. Speaker Agreement
If selected, speakers must sign an agreement provided electronically by ACCP and return it before the stated deadline. The speaker agreement includes preparation deadlines and more information on participation. Marketing and website promotions can be discussed before the agreement signing. Any possible legal issues will be addressed on a speaker-by-speaker basis, so please let us know if you have any concerns when you submit your RFP form.
Program Types
Below are the typical learning programs offered at ACCP. Please keep these formats in mind when submitting your RFP:
- Webcast: Conducted virtually, monthly webcasts are typically done presentation style and are generally comprised of 45 minutes of content and 15 minutes of audience Q&A. These sessions are recorded and allow attendees the opportunity to engage via chat, Q&A viand/or polls.
- Member Groups: ACCP’s member group meetings are generally only open to CSR practitioners who are current members of ACCP. We offer a variety of member groups by experience level and/or topic area of interest. Most of our member groups meet quarterly and are approximately 45 minutes in length. These meetings may include a short presentation or case study (15-20 minutes) with the rest of the time dedicated to open discussion and idea sharing.
- Topical Member Discussions: Topical Member Discussions are monthly peer discussions that include case studies and discussion on trending topics relevant to CSR/ESG. These are 45-minutes in length. Similar to member groups, presentations typically last 15 minutes and allow the rest of the time for members to discuss and share anything related to the topic.
- Summits: Our Summits typically take place over two afternoons and are conducted virtually via Zoom meeting from 1-5 PM ET. Summits combine presentations, fireside chats, panel conversations, and opportunities for attendees to participate in breakout discussions on the topic. Presentation portions of our Summit will be recorded and made accessible to registered attendees.
- Forum: Forum is an in-person comprehensive educational program for professionals new to the field of corporate social impact to receive immersive, hands-on education alongside a cohort of peers.This 3-day program focuses on the typical components of a corporate social impact program and includes opportunities for networking, peer sharing, case study deep dives, conversations with CSR leaders, and more.

Yes, ACCP is flexible on session format. Please note the main speaker and/or person submitting the RFP will be responsible for sourcing and coordinating the involvement of multiple speakers.

ACCP’s priority is offering high-quality programming that advances the knowledge and practice of corporate citizenship. Although we offer sponsorship opportunities for many of our programs, speakers are selected based on their expertise, and all speakers, including sponsors, must follow our non-solicitation policy. ACCP holds prep sessions with all our speakers for quality assurance and content alignment purposes. In addition, speakers will be requested to share content outlines and slides at least one week ahead of the scheduled speaking engagement.
