FSG is a mission-driven, nonprofit (501c3) consulting firm of over 100 staff supporting leaders focused on creating large-scale, lasting social change. Founded in 2000 by Harvard Business School Professors Michael Porter and Mark Kramer, we have successfully guided hundreds of organizations and cross sector-collaboratives through strategy development, coalition building, and implementation processes, customizing our approach to fit the specific needs, vision, and interests of each client and community. Through strategy, evaluation, and research we help many types of actors – individually and collectively – make progress against the world’s toughest problems.
