RISE is a first-of-its-kind leadership development program focused on advancing inclusive leadership within corporate social impact. RISE is tailored for mid-career corporate social impact professionals who aspire to lead with authenticity, inclusivity, and impact. This immersive and innovative cohort program is designed to develop future leaders who will prioritize diverse perspectives and experiences to shape the future of corporate social impact.
The RISE program is unique in that it combines ACCP’s distinctive emphasis on guidance informed by real practice and corporate social responsibility (CSR)-field leaders while fostering an inclusive learning peer community.
The RISE program integrates three essential pillars to empower CSR professionals:
- Leadership skills specifically needed for CSR leadership effectiveness
- Advanced knowledge of CSR topics
- Expert guidance on navigating corporate environments and fostering meaningful community impact.
Together, these elements prepare participants to lead with confidence and drive transformative change. This multi-month hybrid program offers engaging virtual learning for flexibility and convenience, paired with an impactful in-person session that will foster deep connections and hands-on collaboration.
Attendees benefit from mentorship opportunities and a capstone project that transforms insights into action, allowing participants to apply their learnings in real-world contexts and showcase their growth as leaders in corporate social impact. The RISE program prepares individuals for senior leadership roles within CSR.
With a small cohort of 15 participants, RISE provides an intimate and highly interactive environment for learning, growth, and peer connection.
