Sandy Pierantoni (PEER-an-TONY) is the Director of Global ESG Strategy and Initiatives at LKQ, where she has been employed since 2021. For over 25 years, Sandy has been a leading contributor to the Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG space at Fortune 500 companies. In her role at LKQ, she leads the strategic direction, development, and execution of LKQ’s global ESG program enterprise wide, partnering with cross-functional groups to ensure effective communication of the ESG strategy and results to internal and external parties. Additionally, she oversees and manages LKQ’s social impact programs and strategy through the LKQ Community Foundation, ensuring these programs align and support their company’s mission.

Prior to LKQ, Sandy was with CDW, a global $20B+ information technology services and solutions provider, where she developed and led the company’s corporate social responsibility programs for nearly 25 years.

She has been recognized as a Lifetime Achievement Award winner by Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital for her long-standing commitment to children’s right to health and wellness, regardless of income. And has twice been nominated by Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals as Outstanding Corporate Person of the Year. She also has been recognized by Saint Bernard Parish in the City of New Orleans with “Outstanding Achievement” for her dedicated work in assisting with the recovery and rebuilding efforts following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

Sandy graduated Summa Cum Laude from DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management, Sales and Marketing. She also holds an associate degree in Marketing from William Rainey Harper College. Using her background in marketing and communications, she is passionate about bringing brand purpose to life through internal and external messaging and storytelling.

Sandy grew up in the Chicagoland area and resides in the northern Chicago suburb of Volo with her husband, child, and rescued pets.
