The Employee Experience Summit

May 17, 2018
Chicago, IL

Employee Engagement has been getting a lot of attention. Broadly defined as the level of intellectual and emotional connection an employee has with their employer, increasing Employee Engagement is seen by virtually every company, regardless of size, industry or geographic location, as a way to improve bottom line results.

On May 17, ACCP will join with Aon to present The Employee Experience Summit.

The Summit will kick off with a presentation by Aon’s Teryluz Andreu. Teryluz is a Partner at Aon’s Talent, Rewards & Performance Practice and leads the Culture & Engagement Practice for North America. She will discuss the foundational elements of engagement, and how through enhancing brand value, Corporate Citizenship programs can serve as differentiators.

From there, you will hear from speakers and panelist on how they are enhancing their employees’ experience to create a culture of engagement.

This session is open to all stakeholders that have an interest in learning how to utilize Corporate Citizenship initiatives to attract and retain talent. If you are a Corporate Citizenship team member, invite your HR / Talent colleagues to join you. If you are an HR / Talent team member, please invite your Corporate Citizenship team.

Thank you to our host, Aon!
